With the die-cast aluminum Visual Volume, the rocker position is indicated by a column of ten LEDs. With the rocker fully back (toe up, heel down) all of the lights are off and so is the volume. As you rock your foot forward, the indicators light up one by one until all 10 are lit. When all lights are on, you're at maximum volume.
