Can someone help me out?

I've been listening to this guy play and I heard this song and am really interested in playing it! The problem is the guy, tyrone wells, is small so there are no tabs on him yet. From the video i can see G, C, and D chords. I think maybe an E or an Am too. My ear is not good with music yet cause I am still learning (arent we all ) so I was seeing if someone could help me write the chord progession to the lyrics or tab it down. I know he plays a little thing over a D chord just from the video. Thanks a ton!

After just watching the video, it's off a little so basically this will have to be done alot by ear.

I promise to post the song once I learn it and dedicate it to those who helped!! haha. thanks everyone

I pray one day I can play....Good

Hey BenH

I'll try and grab this song tomorrow at work and see if I can figure out what he's doing.
It may take me a day or two to get it recorded.

That's a great tune, by the way.

Best,

les

After attempting it based on the chords above, it doesnt sound quite right. The G/B chord is never played on the video I don't think (barred at the 7th fret w/o the capo) and I don't even know what a C2 chord is, (unless it mean the C chord x2?)

Can LC come through in the clutch??

I'm guessing Csus2...

http://www.8notes.com/guitar_Chord_chart/Csus2.asp

Also when they list the chords with a capo, I'm thinking the chord is the "chord shape" relative to the capo and not the actual chord itself. So a C with the capo on the 4th fret would be an E. That means the G/B would really be a B/Eb.

Maybe someone who knows this better can say if that's right or not.

  Help out

I have to agree with Fly... It sounded ok to me. And the G/B looks right. If you capo at the 4th fret, you play the chords as listed. At least those forms. The G/B is just a G chord but you play the 5th string for the bottom note. I listened to it several times and watched closely and it sounded right and looked right......

But, that's just my opinion.....and add 49 cents to that and it JUST might get you a small cup of coffee somewhere.
