Capo on the 5th Fret Question

Folks, I need to play with a capo on the 5th fret, and need to accomplish playing these chords, A, A7, C#m, D, Dm, E, E7, F#m. Any Ideas as to what form I would use? I know on the A and Dm I will use the E form and Am form as if I was unapoed, but if you could give me a recomendation on the rest I would appreciate it,
Thank You

I hope i get this all right. With capo on the 5th;

A, A7 - like open E,E7 form
C#m, - I would play as Eminor form barred at 9th
D - like an open A form
Dm - like an open Aminor form
E, E7 - like open A,A7 form, but barred at the 7th,
F#m - could be Aminor form, barred at the 9th

I'm sure there are alternatives but these are the first i could think of.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
