Most Helpful thread or post

Thought we should have a thread here where members could post the threads or posts that they have found the most helpful.

There are so many threads that just get buried after a short amount of time that should really be saved so that new members to the forum can benefit from them.

So, if you have a post or a thread that you have found particularly helpful, please post it here. From there we will make a list somewhere and direct newcomers there.

Clancy,
Think you got good point. For me, many of our moderators information posts are valuable.
Tekker, Fretsource are at the top of the list. Other moderators and folks as well.
Perhaps in time we will all reflect something from the past. Maybe a check off in the thread people can use to mark something valuable.

Thanks for the response Eddie. There are lots of helpful people here I agree. What I'm looking for is particular posts or threads that have been helpful.

We do have a rate this thread option, but that's not always accurate.

Anyone got anything?

Clancy

Hi Clancy, great idea, kind of like a 'could of been a sticky if you asked me' sort of thing...I like it. If I'm on track, here's one that educated me...

Yes Kenny you're right on track.

Do you have any suggestions on a more descriptive (perhaps longer) thread title or even a short thread description for your thread?.. I didn't read through the whole thread but it looked like it got more involved as it went on.

Thanks for posting.

Clancy

That's a big ask Clancy, there have been so very many useful posts over the years. One that comes to mind is Jess's advice on amps, good one Jess. But my vote goes to you for holding it all together.
Not what you were looking for I know, but didn't want to miss the chance to say thanks (and embarass you)

Geoff

Sorry Offkey, I can't be specific, but it may be amongst this lot somewhere.
Plenty of useful info to read through anyway.
