  help??????????

Hi, I followed the instructions for up-loading audio and continue to get the same "upload error" message. I use Cakewalk sonar 3 producer edition for recording and mix down to RIFFwav format because that seems to work best for burnning to CD. I converted the files I wanted to upload to mp3 (from RIFFwav), created a shortcut to it on my desk top........... Does this make sense to anyone??????????????????

How big is the mp3 file? Are you sure it's the mp3 file that you are trying to upload, not the .wav file? There is a size limit to uploads. Maybe the size of your file is too big. To find out the size of you file, go to the file itself (not the shortcut) and right click on it and select properties.

Well the icon on your desktop is the shortcut to your file by the sounds of things. You need to find where the actual mp3 file is located, not just the shortcut to that file.

If you right click on the shortcut. then cut and paste the "Target" text box....
that will open the folder that contains the file. When you click browse on the attatchment page. Paste the location into that, but remove the quotations " 's and click ok.....

Can you save the file to your desktop instead of the default folder? This might help you to find it easier, then upload it; you cannot upload a shortcut.
