My son has signed up to the forum here (under the username of Twist), he has his own computer in his room which connects to the internet using MS internet connection sharing, through this computer... which I believe this gives us both the same IP address.

This hasn't caused problems on forums before now, but it seems that a security measure here has banned him for using a 'duplicate account' or something along those lines.

Is there any way to get him reinstated back here, he's a great kid who plays well and is interested in participating here.
With home networks becoming more and more popular I got to thinking more people may start running into this ...

That's strange... as we don't use the IP method to detect multiple accounts.
