You just go QUICK LINKS then to Control Panel then to Edit Avatar and you go to Custom Avatar then to Upload an Avatar From Your Compute and Choose.

In the User CP, click on "Edit Avatar". (It's on the left of the screen...)
Then on the bottom, where it says... "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:".
Click on "Browse"... Choose the avatar you like from your PC, and upload it.
If you would like to link to an avatar on the web, input it's url in the text box provided,
which is directly above the "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:" :o)

Actually I changed some usergroup settings yesterday and I didn't have the "custom avatar" box set to yes. You should be able to see it and change it now 8LU3.

Hi Seagull,
Yes, it's 64 by 64 pixels in size. I think it will resize it for you if you upload a bigger image, but it probably won't look all that great. You can always try though.

I see an avatar for you... What kind of image file were you trying to upload?

well .jpg files are fine so I'm not sure what the problem could be. You could always try re-saving the file and trying to upload it again.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
