Not sure what it might be. I just tried some on my PC here at work and all is ok.

I'm going to move this thread over to the troubleshooting forum so maybe you'll get some technical advice I can't seem to give today!

Yes I know about this issue. Hard to resolve it as I can't reproduce it and it doesn't seem to be happening on any particular browser or OS version.

I am looking into it.

Ok, can you view this movie - House of the Rising Sun - Lesson 1. Just changed something slightly on just that movie. Trying to narrow down what the problem could be could be.

Still doesn't work. If it helps I'm on a Mac, OS10.4.11, using Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.12.36.

Ok thanks. That counts that one issue out then. There is obviously something wrong with the embed code that is making it not work with the latest version of flash.

I am waiting to hear back about an update to the particular embed code that we use for our lessons.

It will probably be after the weekend now.

Yes it's gotta be Flash 10. At home I still have Flash 9, and I can watch all the videos with no problem.

  Add me to the list

Hey, just wanted to mention that when I use internet explorer the videos play fine but when I use firefox version 3.0.3 with version 10.0.12.36 of flash I get the same error.

**BTW it's not just the lessons, anything done in flash won't load when using firefox.

Not true here. Flash works with Firefox on everything but this site (YouTube, et al) for me. And error is limited to this site using Internet Explorer as well.

Sorry, I should clarify, anything done in flash on GFB&B's website doesn't load at all while using firefox, I have not encountered this error on any other website (youtube, etc). IE 7 works for me without issue.

As posted in my last sentence, Flash will not load on GfBB site on IE 7 as well as FF in my case.

I installed the new Flash Player (10) and was able to reproduce the RC error... I have updated the code. It should work now. Don't forget to refresh your page.

Cheers

Bless you Clancy! I can now breathe and play again while watching Kirk make me look inept.
