  downloadable lessons I ordered one

Hi there,

I just ordered Bach Jesu part 1 and 2.

I used my Visa...the form says shipping, but I thought
I'd be able to download it?

The site says I haven't ordered anything ...does it take
a while to become available for download?

It should be immediate Vondad. They've definitely been added to your account as I've just checked.

Is this where you are going to access the downloads? http://www.guitarforbeginners.com/fo...hp?do=download

Let me know if you are still having problems accessing the downloads.

Cheers

Clancy

ideal. Hard to know where your downloaded files are saved. If you do a search on your computer for hi_res_Lesson_pack2_we70bkyrgxrwj3g7.zip that should find it for you.

Don't forget, it is a big download (324MB) it may still be downloading.

Let me know if you still have problems... you could also just go and download it again (from here - http://www.guitarforbeginners.com/fo...hp?do=download ) and this time take note where it is being saved on your computer.

Hope that helps.

Clancy

Ok, right click the file and then select, Extract to here - this will extract the file and make a folder in the same location that the zip file is located. Once you have extracted the file, just open the folder and double click on the Lesson_OPEN_THIS file.

Let me know if you have any further questions,

Cheers
