Click on any forum from the forum home page... for example the "Playing the Guitar" forum... then just click on the orange "New Thread" button up the top left hand side of the page.

If you can post, you can start a new thread... the only forums you can't start a new thread in are the "lesson forums" - is that where you are?

737, you're right, you need 10 posts to post a link, but any member can post a new thread as soon as they register.
