If you have registered but still can't access the free lessons...
If you have registered but still can't access the free lessons, this either means you haven't logged in or you have logged in but you haven't activated your account.
After you register, you should get an email with an activation link. If you did not receive an email after registration, please check the junk mail/spam folder of your email client. I have noticed that most users that are yet to activate their accounts have yahoo or hotmail email addresses. Please check that the activation email hasn't been tagged as spam. If you didn't receive an activation email, please contact me with the username and email address you used when you registered and I will manually activate your account for you.
You need to activate your account before you will be able to access the free lessons and before you will be able to post on the forum..

Clancy,
I might have already registered, but don't remember getting anything back from you directing me with passwords and such.
Also I think I have activated the forums before, so it could very well be my computer. In any case it won't let me on this morning.
User name is Bisch1 or bisch1, email address iis bobfincher@gmail.com
Any and all help will be appreciated.
Best,
Bob

I have registered and activated my account, but I still can't access the free lessons.
Well, I can access some of the free lessons, but others I can't. The links on the "Tips for Beginning Guitarists" page I can't access for some reason.

I have emailed you about this Charlie. I think you were using upper case characters. It needs to be lower case.
Cheers

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
