How many guitars do you have?

Three, a 12 string acoustic, a six string acoustic and a Fender Strat. I've been playing just over a year and I've got three guitars. Uh oh... what happens after you've been playing for 10 years?

I currently have six.

3 classicals, a Raimundo 146, La Patrie Collection and a Almansa 434.

A Simon & Patrick Pro Rosewood Cutaway with B-Band Pickups.

A Yamaha L Series OM Rosewood, and a Epiphone Broadway Archtop.

The Yamaha is the best bang for the buck out of bunch.

I can't wait to show this thread to my wife. I only have one acoustic/electric and one semi-hollow electric. She thinks that's enough but by the look of some of these collections, I guess I'm not crazy for wanting more...

I have 4 now I just got my new Rickenbacker 381/12. What a beautiful guitar. I also have 2 ovations and a Martin D42. I hope to save my money and get a Gibson SG reissue next. Does anyone out there own one? I have never played one, just want one for some reason. I have read that they are really nice to play. I can't stop wanting more!!

Yes its the V69. I got the maple glo. I would love to get a 6 string fire glo someday.but the money. I really enjoy trying to play a lot of the old sixties stuff, Byrds,Beatles etc. This Ric really makes it sound like the old stuff. It has a very unique sound and I love it.

2 acoustic ( 1 I leave at work to practice).

Can I get an application to your job??

I have three:

PRS EG electric

Indiana electric (Fender knockoff)

Fender accoustic (my first ever)

I can't see getting rid of my 1st ever guitar, I'm pretty sentimental w/ it.

Can any of you or did any of you get rid of your first?

I wish I still had mine. It was a cheapie, but a classic Stella Harmony acoustic archtop-type with the F holes. I have no idea where it is. I probably gave it away or something. But I still have most of the rest of them. Guitar #2 was a Yamaha F series acoustic but I have no idea what happened to it. #3 is a Madiera acoustic made by Guild. I gave it to my brother, so I know exactly where that one is. I still have #s 4-9. I'm definitely sentimental about those! I'm not sure I could ever part with any of them.

He He! Hiya buddy,

Its a lunchtime thing mostly. Unless it gets quiet. Managed to get a restring done the other day too. The joys of being self employed.

It's my first guitar that I use at work, cheap old encore acoustic, strung with plectrum 10's. (I'd never heard of them but they are great for strumming, bending and have an anti squeak coating like elixirs. Not so graet for fingerpicking as they bend out of shape a bit too easily for me.)

Can't see me ever getting rid of any of my guitars I took too long to pick them in the first place!

How ya been! You should come over to Marc Seal's once in a while. Lori just

had another recording challenge. Kind of brought me back to the caberocks days.

And I know you have some recording talent:yes: Good to see ya around!!

One Acoustic, my wife bought for me 10+ years ago and now just over a year ago seriously started trying to learn. I would like to get an electric guitar at some point. But probably wont until I have crossed that threshold of being able to play the acoustic guitar that sat in my closet unused for so long.

:waiting:
