I'm an absolute beginner - I got my first guitar, a Rogue RA-090 Concert Acoustic-Electric, yesterday, and am so looking forward to learning more about this wonderful world of guitar music. I have a problem though; yesterday night, I tuned my guitar, learned a couple chords and practiced. Everything worked perfectly fine and I was having a great time.
Today I decided to pick it up again despite the finger pain, and learned the D Major chord. I had my fingers in the right place, and when I played the chord, I noticed a loud buzz. I figured out after playing the strings individually that the buzz was coming from the B string on the 3rd fret of the guitar. I tried to fix it by changing the positioning of my fingers around and pressing harder/lighter, but nothing got rid of the buzz.
I then tried to play every other string on the 3rd fret, and the same problem occurred - every string that I played on the 3rd fret of the guitar had a loud, noticeable buzz with it. I tried changing the positioning and pressure again, and nothing worked. I proceeded to then test every other fret on the guitar and they all worked beautifully, it's just that the 3rd fret has a horrible buzz whenever I play it.
Is there any way to get rid of the buzz? Should I go to my local guitar store and talk to the repair specialist there? Is it possible to fix it myself?
Thank you so much for reading; as a beginner, I appreciate all the help I can get.

Here is simple little groove that Carl and I have mostly finished. We don't have a name yet, but one will present itself. They always do.
Its simple, repetitive, and a little laid back. I kinda like it. Most of the simple melody is 3 notes. 3 was all I needed.
Carl's bass part really swings.
