Cheers guys, I'm chuffed to bits. It looks and sounds great.

The thing that surprised me is that when I bought the Ibanez about 2 years ago for £450 I unpacked it, it was in tune and properly intonated, I plugged it in and played - never had to touch anything. This £1500+ guitar was not tuned (I can understand why that might be so) but the action was dreadfully low, neck was a bit back-bowed and buzzing all over :thumbdown

I've been messing about with raising the action a bit, adjusting the truss rod, retuning, intonating, etc. Fortunately its a doddle with the TOM bridge and no floating trem/locking nut. Think the action's at about 1/16" now, might just raise it a bit further to 3/32". Gonna give the current setup a day to bed in first and see how it plays.
