Who I'm supposed to be

Recommended Posts

Another biab go-round...

I'll say this...creating the music first certainly changes the writing process...at least to me anyways...

lyrics sound/read more like lyrics instead of poetry{if that made sense}

Who I\'m supposed to be.mp3

I see the clouds have broken

Yet my worlds still gray

Last hour before the dawn

And I'm still trying to find my way

Lost in this crazy world

Looking for some kinda sign

Searching for something

That I may not ever find

Whats our purpose who's in charge

Whats the count did I score large

Have I lead a good life have I done things right

Have I held my honor did I fight a good fight

One thing, that keeps bothering me is not knowing who I'm supposed to be

Here comes the dawn it's breaking

Yet I still can't see

Lost in the maze of life

Answers would set me free

Questions they linger

running round inside my mind

Searching for something

That I may not ever find

Whats our purpose who's in charge

Whats the count did I score large

Have I lead a good life have I done things right

Have I held my honor did I fight a good fight

One thing, that keeps bothering me is not knowing who I'm supposed to be

I missed this until now - one of your best, and once again a killer bt - you see, I told you you had a nice voice! You've been improving with every song since your comeback. The second vocal on your hook line sounds clearer and more upfront - maybe different settings or placement of the mic? (under nose or under chin maybe as it's a headphone mic).

The answer is: you did good - has that set you free???? And you're supposed to be exactly what you are (I consulted my inner crystal and it's never wrong).
