Why is PlaneTalk compared to Fretboard Logic?

Hi all,

Just as the title states, how come in alot of PlaneTalk reviews I see it being compared to PT? They both teach different things. :dunno:

I have never read Fretboard Logic, clapton1, but I think both are teaching the very same thing: finding your way around the fretboard.

I guess... But Fretboard Logic's(at least Book 1's) goal is to show how patterns and chords form as a result of the guitar's tuning.
