Hi,
I think a blank tab and music manuscript page that you can download and print would be useful. I have seen pages that have the music staff with treble clef, and under that there is space to write lyrics and under that there are 6 lines for TAB. It looked really professional, and much better than the manuscript I usually make on excel spreadsheets by using the insert border tool.

Hmmmm, if you don't find on the internet download Power TAB software and make your own tablature/notation/lyrics sheet...

And, you can exported as ASCII or TXT or directly print it on your printer/paper...

Although I'm shure that someone will allready help you with a olready exported page! :) cheers!

These links are pretty good Fingers and they're both free, I like to make a donation but it's up to the individual, hope these are what you're looking for.

Another tip is that if you want to upload a tab onto the web (this site anyway) type it out in Courier New typeface and it will upload without scrambling the spacing.
