Changing user name

I know Clancy can chage ones user name but what are the requirements to have this request carried out ?

I would love to change my name to " Hilch " with a capital H at the beginning as it is a name and never thought about it till asked in video room what my name was ...

I maybe bit slow ...

It's up to Clancy's discretion whether a username change is warranted or not. I don't think there are any hard and fast rules about it.

No problem with changing a username to uppercase. We don't like changing usernames to completely new names after a member has become established. Makes things too confusing.
