  Vote for your lesson requests

Ok, finally got around to doing this. This is a poll made up of the suggest a lesson song requests.

Not all of them are here. Some just didn't seem to suit a finger style lesson or Kirk just didn't know the song... If your song suggestion isn't here, maybe you could post a link to a site where we could have a listen to it or if you just suggested general band/artist requests... maybe you could suggest a particular song instead. Makes it easier for us that way... we don't want to do more thinking that is absolutely necessary if we can help it

I've made it so that you can vote for more than one song.

It would I guess. Many of these songs have been covered by quite a few artists. I have put the artist names on those I've known. Actually I'll go in and put a few more on... They are all fairly well known songs (I thought anyway). but I'll see what I can do scottyboy.

Welcome to the forum by the way

Me too...

The forum has been quite busy in the past few weeks! Nice to see new innovative ideas.

It was 6string's idea originally, so all credit should go to him. It was a great idea.

  Krik's Lessons

I know this may be a lot to ask, but is there any way Kirk could do two lessons on say Knocking on Heavens Door? One for the advanced finger picker and one for the not so gifted picker like myself.

I love watching Kirk's lessons, but they are just too advanced for me.

Thanks
Genesis

I'd like to suggest 'The Needle And The Damage Done' by Neil Young. Maybe that's kind of complicated, I don't know. I know the way I'm playing it is wrong.

Genesis,

I don't know if you've seen it yet or not, but Kirk has put together a beginners lesson (a strumming lesson) of Knocking on Heavens Door - you can find it here - True beginner? Here's a lesson for you!

Cheers

Clancy
