Which song would you like to have written?

Well, I'm not sure if everyone feel the same, but for some tunes I sometimes just think "Man... I wish I'd written this".. can't really explain why, or how, it's a rather odd feeling.
Anyone else who may know it?

The one song I REALLY feel like that about from time to time, is 'Hey you' by pink floyd... Not sure why, but it might be because it totally fits me. Gee, hope I don't sound too strange now..

Shoot I wish I could play just a handful of the songs I like ..there are so many I wish I had written......hard to choose!

Little MArtha (because its just such a happy tune!)
Blackbird (just because everyone loves and knows it)
Think About Your Troubles (Nilsson..nuff said)
Way too many in my head......

If everything has a point, well then I must have one, too.

Wonderful tonight-Eric Clapton! This such a fantastic song, good lyrics, good tune and it just makes the lady's melt. What more can you ask for.

Just about ANY Beatles song!

Strawberry Fields, A Day in the Life and Hey Jude are 3 that come immediately to mind.

Of course instrumentals count, instrumentals are lovely.

Lyrically, Mr Tambourine Man.

But any Beatles or Bob Dylan song would be fine .... mmmm, royalties.
