Flat-pick beginner lessons

Is there any flat-pick beginner lessons besides the lessons in the forum?

Well, as far as I know, there are no specific lessons on using a flatpick. But is this what you mean? If you follow the basic beginner lessons at the top of the home page of the site (What is Music? and then move on to Chords, etc.) these are what a beginner can use to get going regardless of whether they prefer to use a flatpick or not.

But please ask. Are you wanting some suggestions or tips or lessons on how to use a flatpick?

Steve

Oh no. I mean like songs on a flat-pick. Like Over the Rainbow, Stairway to Heaven, to name a few.

Ahh...Since the majority song playing lessons on this site are from Kirk, and Kirk doesn't use a flatpick, I'd have to say...not yet! Stay tuned...

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
