Tried to practice and practice, but still, Im slow as a turtle, do I really need a lot of experience to handle shredding.. or hard work will do or I am not really ready for that yet?

I think you should practice and simply let the time go.
I saw in your profile that you play guitar for more than a year and I think that you're still a beginner for shredding.

When I see those shredders playing a guitar I think I'm never going to be that good, but I'm doing my best to be as good as possible.

If by shredding you mean playing fast, discilpine is the only way (as with any other aspect of playing). Work with a metronome, play very slowly, pay very close attention to detail, refine your movements and do not develop tension.
Also have a think about why you are wanting to play fast - that can help with keeping you on track with your goals.

practice with a metronome!...tis very important

Remember speed is a side-effect of comfort and accuracy. Stay clean in your playing, and don't practice mistakes. Challenge yourself with the metronome...perhaps set a goal to go faster next week. But if you want to play fast, playing slowly and accurately is boss.

I just want to ask you something:
I guess you know a minor pentatonic scale (1st position). How fast can you play it?

My max speed is 320 bpm (I don't know am I slow or fast because I don't have anything to compare it with ), when I play comfortable.

You know bro? Playing fast is one thing, shreding is another thing, and play with good taste is a bigger thing. Playing fast only makes you a faster player and thatīs all. There are other tons of guitar techniques you need to develope to be a shredder, such as legato, sweep picking, string skipping, economy picking, tapping, bar control, etc.... so, learning to be a fast guitarist is not ALL what you need to be a shredder. Its ok if thatīs the way you want to express yourself, i mean, if thatīs the style you wanna be into to show who you are. Can i tell you my secret? Buy the John Petrucci DVD and i SWEAR that you will improve in speed and acurate control in less than a month. I did it and changed my guitar life

yeah John Petrucci I like him, I have his videos also steve vai, paul gilbert but the only guitarist I looked up to and by far for me, he is the number one shredder in the world, he is Michael Angelo Batio and I know its impossible for me to br anything like him T_T
but thanks for the tip man, I'll search for all those guitar techniques and I hope as time goes by, I can learn most of them

Yeah combine Speed Kills 1 and 2 from Michael Angelo Batio (also one of my favorite players), and the John Pettrucci Rock Disipline DVD...you'll burn...in both senses.
