Diminished chords
I've searched for the fingering of diminished chords and I've found some supposedly movable shapes that you chould move up and down the fretboard depending on what dim chord you wanted. However, when I tried them, they actually didn't work for all dimished chords. So I was wondering if there really ARE any movable shapes for dim chords or I should figure out the shapes myself?

Do you mean diminshed chords or diminished 7th chords? If you mean Dim7 then the most common fingering is:
XX1212 - and it's completely movable.
I think you mean the dim 7 because it's far more common and useful than the dim chord.

Nah actually, I meant the dim chord. Without the 7. I figured the movable shape of the dim7 already. It's the plain dim ones that are confusing me!

Moveable dim chord shapes would be, e.g., (B dim) X2343X), X5343X or XX3431. The last two are 'inversions' Bdim/D and B dim/F

But there's none that have the root note on the 6th string?
Movable shapes, I mean.

Yea, I'm able to figure out the chords but somehow, when I did, I couldn't find any shapes that were movable up and down the neck. Maybe I messed up or something.
