Hi, Im thinking about buying a dobro, I found one thats a good price, never had too much experience on one, so I was hoping somebody here had, anybody got an opinion on a dobro?

I have been looking at dobros and resonator guitars myself in the last day or two. Regal seems to be ok.aprx $350. Johnsons are also said to be a good low end guitar. The most common thing I have heard is not to buy a Fender. If you want to go crazy, look at variaux guitars. Among the 25 vintage modeled sound styles are three vintage dobro or slide guitars. I am not sure if your meaning lap steel or slide guitar when you say dobro since they tend to be used erroneously for both so some of these guitars might not be what your lookinf for. You can google tons of sites for them.
