hmm i just been on chords section of site, but when i play em and when i listen to kirk play em mine dont sound half as pretty or nice. my guitar is either out of tune or its just coz its a cheap acoustic? but just coz its cheap doesnt mean it shouldnt sound right does it? got any advanced tips on tuning? i used the method where u tune top string then fret 5 down except for 3rd string which is fret 4. but im no professional tuner

Why not pick up a nice tuner? I have a Korg-CA 30 and it's super.
Not expensive either. It's really easy to use too.
Lots of good info here on this site, so enjoy and have fun.
