Can't figure out this guitar strumming pattern :o/

This is form youtube, take a look:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=denO1YjbG...20branch%20TRL

It's a Michelle Branch guitar lessons on TRL - pretty easy, only 3 chords... but I don't strum on my guitar right, I cna't figure out what she's doing :-(

Can anybody walk me through this?

If you could also write it 1/4 and 1/8 that would be great, so far I figured out it's a down strum down strum, small pause the nanother down strum and then I'm lost... I think part of the problem is that I'm not strumming fast enough, I looked at her clip and her hand ism oving very quickly, not really like mine.

Would really appreciate your help :-)

Darn... The video is no longer available... Sorry barefoot, but I'm not familiar with the song.
Was hoping to pick it out from the vid...

Just checked the first URL again, most have messed it up somehow because I also see it's not available - but this one should work.

Ok... I just watched the vid... Here is what it looks like she's doing:

Down= D
UP=U

(F Chord)-D/D...UDUD..UD - (C chord)-D/D...UDUD..UD - (G chord)-D/D...UDUD..UD... and so on.

Hope this helps...!!!

the 2nd time I hear something like this ???
Fadd2 d,u,d,d,d C u,u,d,d,u, G d,d,u,d, and then I cant make out the rest of the G strum cuz its 430 am and I cant turn it up load.

nocat may be right, I just cant make his way work for moi.
anybody else have an answer or opinion?
not sure if I'm playing it the same way as her but to me it sounds similar, it just depends where you accent the beat in the strumming.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
