Kirk's Fingerpicking Lessons

In what order should Kirk's lessons be played? I'm a relative novice at finger picking. I basically have two patterns I play at the moment and I want to learn more for accompanying my singing. My songs vary from Elton John to Santana, Eric Clapton to songs from Les Miserables.

Thanks for your reply. I presume you mean the easy pickin in the beginners lessons which I have now done (I already knew pattern 2 ). Is there an (approximate) order for the 65 lessons in the 'Finger Picking Lessons?

I don't think there is any particular order intended. To me that would make it seem like work and take the fun out of
learning{ie- must learn #2 before #3}. I just jump in to the ones that strike my fancy or curiosity. And don't be hesitant about trying other more advanced lessons either...you never know until you try.....Enjoy

pretty much as the above. Look for the lessons that are in or slightly above your skill level.
