Brighter played for Christmas Eve service

Folks,

I just wanted to share with everyone that Todd gave me permission to play his song, "Brighter" for my church's Christmas eve service.

Our Worship Leader had a presentation worked out including some traditional carols and a contemporary song.

"Brighter" was performed as we were lighting candles amongst the congregation! It really tied together the whole service.

Todd's song received a lot of compliments and many people said it should be published and would like to hear it again next year!!

Our church sends its thanks to Todd for such a wonderful song!

And a special thanks from me for allowing me the honor of playing this song!

God Bless!

Great! Glad that the service went well and that Todd's song was such a hit. I hope your Christmas was very blessed.

Becoming a great guitarist has less to do with fancy moves than it does becoming a master of the basics and learning musicianship.
It's not what you can't do. It's how you play what you already know.

Very Much so!! When I started the song, the college student had only lit two candles. By the time I was done with the song and looked up, the stage lights had been brought down so I could just read the charts and when I looked out into the congregation, WoW!!! What an amazing site! We had about 225 folks attending the service but it still looked so amazing with just the candles lighting the room. I really think the song lyrics made it that much more potent!

Thanks Todd, from Northern Hills Christian Church!
