  Hi Joe

Hey Joe

Really true !!! Theres so much that anyone would be confused, on having a worthy purchase. I you like to have a look at Learning Guitar DVDs, i would recommend you to just have a look at :

http://homespuntapes.com/

They have quite a good collection of teaching videos, and i have a few e-books on guitar too, i'd like to share them, if u want.

Hope this could be of some help atleast.

There is one book I'd recommend--Guitar Cookbook by Jess Gress. It's probably really great for an intermediate/advanced level but works for me (six months playing). Helps a lot with the music theory side. But it covers pretty much everything. Picked it up at Borders.
