I recieved my copy of PT this morning, Thanks Kirk for the quick delivery.I sped red thru it today, just to get the excitement over, well its not over by a long way. I think I'm really going to get into this way of looking at and applying what you've presented.

I'm a noob at/on the guitar, but I do reconize the insight your providing, and it seems like it was written just for me. I can't believe I was worried about what I was getting into and if I would comprehend any of it or even feel a want to. But even after just a quick run thru the book I am so glad I invested. Its going to be great having you/this to help me advance......Thank You for making it possible...........Kenny

Hi, Kenny, I'm glad it arrived.

You're now armed with a very powerful way of understanding how music works and how it applies to the fretboard ... even if you're not quite at this stage where it's going to come in handy. I do recommend that you start right now mentally projecting the PT 'trick' whenever and whatever you play. Remember that its context is that chord that is in play right now. Don't let it hinder any fun your having at the moment, don't get hung up on it, but let it filter into your playing consciousness until it's just a habit. You're going to be light years ahead of where you would have been without this simple mindset, and your whole fretboard will become your playground, no matter what the music is doing.

Remember that it's all based on good old logic ... there is no mystery.
