ermm kirk, i have things to ask abt this program.. just to clear my doubts nw, is the book related to caged system? i did learnt them, but till nw im nt able to use them as fluently arnd the neck... and im having a hard time looking for scales correspond to the caged shapes... and im still have to count the frets just to know which note im playing...

I have never read Fretboard Logic, if that's what you mean by the CAGED system, muhd85, but it does refer to the full CAGED template as any fretboard map would ... that's simply the way guitars are laid out.

Players who have read FL say PT is much easier to understand and use.

Yup i did read the FL, quite hard to understand tho.. till nw unable to apply them on the guitars freely.. Anyway, its a relieved to know that PT will make me understand easier and make me see a bigger picture.
