Kirk is a good man to do business with!

I had a problem with the PlaneTalk DVD not playing past a certain part and told Kirk about it. He sent me another copy without any hassles whatsoever! Thanks Kirk! The new DVD plays fine and nice slidin' at the end by the way . Time to get busy.

In this day and age where shonky business deals and deal reneging is rampant, it certainly is refreshing when you hear of someone getting a fair go.

Good on ya Kirk!

lol Kirk! Thanks for doing that! A fair business man will take care of their customers and ensure that they get what they paid for, and you are a fair business man. I don't know what was wrong with the first one you sent, I didn't see any physical problems like scratches or anything. It just would not play past the minors part.

It wouldn't fast forward, skip ahead, nothing! It would keep "looping" from the minor lesson back to the beginning of it. The new one plays great! I can skip, ff, rewind whatever! Must have just been a glitch in the duplication or something.

Anyways, problem solved and now I can get on with learning more about PT!
