I guess it all depends on whether or not they can still pull the magic together. If they can, then it's awesome. A friend of mine went to see Queen with Paul Rogers and he said that, although it was a good show, it just didn't have the same magic as it would have been with Freddie. When you see some of these bands that have had so many people get replaced and they still tour under the band name, I would likely take a pass. At that point, I would just look at them as a cover band.

IMO the Cream reunions of last year were awesome! I think they definitely still had IT and it doesn't seem the years have done much but improve their musicianship. Clapton especially was superb I thought. I hope he's that ON when I see him in Sept.

I heard a rumour that the members of Dire Straits wanted to reunite, but that Mark Knopfler wasn't interested. So they have approached Chris Rea & asked him if he will take Mark's place & he said yes! They are now going to be known as 'Dire Rea'.

But I bet when they play, you'll be dancing because you'll have that "Get up and GO feeling"!!!

No, I'm not much of a dancer, if I got up I'd just be going through the motions & end up sitting down feeling rather flushed.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
