  nice fretboard maps

Hi everyone, I just thought i'd let you know about a decent site with great fretboard maps. These maps i speak of are great for those of you who are beginners, and they are fully down loadable or can be printed out. You can print them out in color or B&W. If you're teaching student guitarist these maps are perfect for instruction. The site is called: virtual guitar.com Type that in just as it reads and an inquerry page with several choices will appear, then just look for the virtual guitar site and select it. Talk at you all later ! John

I tried virtualguitar.com but got an 'Anti defaced Tony Dexxa 'page and no further. Do you mean Kylie's Virtual Guitar Lessons at supersonic.net/guitar? I found her scales and chord finder link, but the scales/fretboard looks pretty complicated to me!

Hey Johnny, just so you know. If you want to post a link, all you have to do is click on the little blue globe with the chain link icon, from the toolset at the top of the area where you type your post. That will give you a window that you can then copy and paste the link from your browser into; Like this ....

Thank you, Johnny, that looks useful. I have been busy figuring all that out on my own, but it's great to have a quick reference chart.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
