This is the wrong site to swap war stories on. To quote Robert Deniro. " I hurt somebodies feelings once", that's as far as it should go.

First you would have had to get us to admit we are OLDER members - and that's actually the first part where feelings get hurt...and lies told...

So, as a young whipper-snapper (LIE) I agree with AT to let "sleeping dogs lie", (see, there's a LIE again) ...

Peace back at ya.

Jim

I couldn't handle the "fast lane". I'm more of a "puddle of contentment" kind of guy.

Everytime I venture into the fast lane all I see is a mirror full off monster truck driven by a homicidal maniac ....... , gave up the other sort of fast lanes, long ago

I did'nt mean to dig up dirt on people, I just thought it would bring up memories of music festivals and gigs. I think I've worded the thread wrong. Peace to ya all.

I have done things in the past that I am not proud of now .

Being a dad and a grandad now I often wonder why I did those silly things ...

One thing is for certain we all make choices in life sometimes we make the wrong ones circumstances play a big role in in these decisions , I have a saying to my children
"Do the Crime then Do the time " so far my children have made the right choices .

Lets not dwell on the past but look forward to our retirement with good memories ....

Trev....

Funny, my saying goes.... "If you have to do the time, then you may as well do the crime".

About the only conversation on Life In The Fast Lane I really enjoy is from (currently) four lads who, when they get together, go by the name of the Eagles.
