Favorite Album of 2007?
List your favorite album from 2007 that you loved!
I'm gonna have to go with Radiohead's "In Rainbows". I tried like hell to hate that album because I'm not a big fan of Radiohead anyway (I think they're far too pretentious) but I loved this album. Easily in my top five and my favorite album this year.
List yours!

Actually I didn't just because I was broke and it was legal. I plan on buying the CD when it comes out on the 1st or 8th of Jan (forgot which) though.

Good choice but for me it was 'Challengers' by the New Pornographers. 'Carnavas' by Silversun Pickups impressed me as well...
P.S. 'Carnavas' has a release date of 2006 but it seems the radio play started in 2007... I bought it in midsummer so it's 2007 for me, lol.....

The Eagles "Long run out of Eden" fantastic!
Now when I talk to God he said he'd understand, Stick by me I'll be your guiding hand. But don't ask me what I think of you. I might not give the answer you want me to.

Hurt - Vol. II
By far the best rock album released in my lifetime, IMO of course. Also, my vote for favorite album of all time, not just rock, but all music.

Try Me One More Time...David Bromberg or Hymn For My Soul...Joe Cocker, toss-up.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
