  Member Recognition

Hey folks,

Hope you don't mind me bending yer ear, though I have bent a few ears in the past. I'd like to take a moment and congratulate a fellow member of GFB & B.

I'm a long time guitar player as are many other, and much better players than I, on the GFB & B forums. Every once in a while a member reaches and attains a milestone in their music development and career that needs to be brought to the attention of others. I reached a milestone a number of months ago and was very proud of myself for doing so. So much so that I shared it with others.

Now, I would like to be a part of and share with you congratulations to EddieZ for becoming a member of ASCAP, The American Society of Composers, Authors And Publishers. Or as I like to say, The Association of Songwriters, Composers And Publishers. (notice Songwriters is in front of everyone else! )

To EddieZ I tip my hat to you Sir in recognition of your musical accomplishments, membership to ASCAP and unwavering support of GFB & B.

Hear, Hear!

Congratulations Ediez. A well deserved formal recognition of your musical talent. (Of course, we knew that all along).

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
