Has anyone seen this before? I am thinking of doing something like that (digs out piano books) since I used to be a piano player so it would be easy for me.

I have seen double tapping before. Takes a huge amount of co-ordination, I imagine. Good luck with it.

As cool as that was, I was more impressed by watching a couple of the classical pieces he plays on a traditional classical guitar.

By the way, when it comes to 8 finger tapping, Adam Fulara is another guy that's pretty impressive.
