  Link for sheet music?

I primarily use sheet music for songs as I learned this as a child, and tab just doesn't seem to work very well. I have two sites that I buy my music from, Sheet Music Direct, and Music Notes.com. I was wondering if anyone has any more sites that they would HIGHLY recommend for sheet music, as these two sites do not always have the song I'm looking for. There seems to be a kazillion sites for tabs, but very few sheet music sites.
thanks,
hb

Hi hb, this might not be what you're looking for but it is a fascinating site and has links to the American Archives and lots of other sheet music sites, this site is a goldmine of rare sheet music, I don't know if you've come across this site or if it interests you but I thought it would be a good one to post

You didn't say what sort of music you are looking for, but you'll find heaps of classical sheet music (free) at

Eythorsson and go the The Guitar School section.

You could use powertabs - the notation is displayed as well as the tab and a wide range of music is available, often of pretty good quality.

You`ll need to download and install the Powertab editor but this is free with no spy or adware.

Try:

powertabs.net - your friendly guitar, bass, and other instrument tablature and music community or ./TabOpolis!\.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
