Listen To The Strumming.
A good example of solid strumming over chord changes. Great Seals cover.

Yes, I 'discovered' this guy a couple of months ago and he's one of my favourites. Another example of good strumming (an 'on a train to no-where' strum to my ears) is his 'Empty' which is also my favourite of his - I never get tired of hearing it.
YouTube - Ray LaMontagne "Empty"
I also love the cello accompaniment and the dark 'soulful' tune and lyrics. Musically I love the strumming and the vocal phrasing that is 'off' the beat but still in rhythm.
The real reason why he's so good is because he has a beard (of course).
One good thing about music is that when it hits you, you feel no pain - Bob Marley

Sorry, I should have been clearer...
The song you posted a link to is a Gnarls Barkley original, Seal's Crazy is a different tune with the same title - Like Patsy Cline's Crazy, for example.

Nice strummin'. I've never heard that song before, but I like his rendition of it.

Both excellent. It always amazes me that when somethings played really well, it sounds easy..... Then you try and play along with it!

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
