Sequencers

Anyone play around with sequencers at all? I'm going to fool around with Fruity Loops and see if I can incorporate some of my guitar noise into it. Just wondering if anyone else has done so. Heres a little sumthin I did a while back {just FL no guitar}...Might be fun to experiment with.
