Can somebody tell me some good site for downloading free mp3 from groups like Los Indios Tabajaras, Paco de Lucia, Jose Feliciano, and the groups from 60's, 70's and 80's

There's a move among music publishers to try and reduce the practise of making free mp3s available of music that is copyright, as most of what you want would be. There is no site such as you describe.

You could investigate peer-to-peer software such as Limewire which allow file sharing -- but copyright is still breached if you download files suject to copyright.
