Faster Blues Slide thingie

After hearing AT's great slide...I had to do one also.
I used the faster blusey backing track.
My guitar is tuned to open G...(D G D G B D )

Sweet slickcat. Nice to have us sliders bouncing off each other. It is a good contrast to hear the difference in tones between Dropped D and an open tuning like G.
I couldn't upload the bt I played over. So who is going to do a slide piece next?

Nice playin by the way, kind of has a cool drifty feel to it if you know what I mean.

It is written in the key of G so open G was the way to go.

I used a Line 6 toneport UX-1 as the computer/guitar interface. I also used Audacity (free mixing software.)

Excellent, SlickCat! Has a great (for lack of a better word) beer bottle neck quality that I love with the blues.

Hey SlickCat, that was an exellent take! The tone and the playing were spot on! I wish you would started to play from the 0:00 till the end.

Hi GT,
Yeah I thought I waited a little long to start sliding too. I could have slipped in some small licks to build tension, then gradually build towards the end.
