NEW "Cliffs of Dover": I just killed the Squirrel!!!!!

My last file of this song was a pretty unpolished attempt to test my Line6 POD XT Live. This time i did a better overall take (maybe the tone is better, and it have less mistakes...) but its not perfect in any way. Its a hard song you know And oh yea, i think i killed the squirrel tone a bit I hope you like it. GT.

That was some real picking! I only dream.

Great tune! And well done!

Tip-o-the-raccoon-cap from the mountains!

Awesome,The tone was very close to the original recording, not bad considering Eric uses a four amp setup. Also I like how you did most of the licks so that tey wre recoginisable but still ading a little GT to the mix . Good .P.S I want to try that one any chance of posting the B.T.? JB

  Thanks!

Wow!! I never imagined to have such response with a cover of this style! Thank you very much guys!!! Electric guitar should be a basic too on this forums. Sometimes is good to lock up the acoustic guitar and start pulling the electric axe skills. There´s tons of things i need to learn right now. Next cover: RUSH - "YYZ"

Once more, thanks for the exellent fweedback, you guys rules!!

I'm not familiar with the original GT but I liked your version, nice 'boogie' feel to it. Looking forward to hearing your YYZ. It'll probably take you more time to program the drums than learn the guitar part for it.
