Working on this new one

a pretty tune, it has a nice rythm too I'll have to put that in later.
Hey Kirk, I'll bet you could do a really nice version of this in your chord melody finger picking style. I know I would love to hear it, if you could find time to work it out.

  Thanks guys

Thanks Guys

That cut took me forever to make. Miss one note and I have to do the whole thing over, and the ending was a little tricky.

Miss one note and i'd add four more. Just kidding of course. Can you name the chords for us that might make it just a little easier, only just a little, John bullard

  Chords

I'll try , since I can't write the bars, i'll write the name of the chord follwed by the count, the song is in 3/4 time , the first part is played loosely not strictly, the second part waltz's in time. Key of D

First Part

D..2..3 D/F#..2..3 G..2..3 D/B.2..3 D..2..3 Bm..2..3 Em..2..3 A..2..3
D..2..3 D/F#..2..3 G..2..3 Em..2..3 D..2..3 Bm..2..3 A..2..3 D..2..3

Second Part

D..2..3 D/F#..2..3 G..2..3 D..2..3..1..2..3 Bm..2..3 Em..2..3 A..2..3
D..2..3 D7..2..3 G..2..3 D..2..3..1..2..3 G..2..3 A..2..3 D..2..3

Note that D7 is played Like this:

X
1
2
4
3
X

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
