Little Christmas Ditty

This is one of my favourite little pieces for the christmas season - it`s a "round" so great for playing with friends.

Hope you enjoy it

Will

Thanks D-Dawn

It`s my Yamaha APX5a (electro acoustic) into the soundcard (via a home made preamp) of an old pentium pc running Cakewalk Guitar Tracks 2. Reverb was a freeware plugin. The sound quality suffered a bit in the conversion to an MP3 - especially noticable in the first few bars I think.

It`s quite a low tech set up by todays standards but it was all nearly free!

I think I am a bit partial to the Yamaha acoustic sound... I'll have to work on getting my recording clear tho...time to read some more!

WHat is this called? Is it something you wrote, or found the tabs to?? I plan on doing a lot of playing with others on my Christmas vacation and this one would be fun!

Hi D-Dawn

The piece is called Christmas Canon in C and it`s by Henk Mosseveld.

If you have Powertab, you can download a copy from www.powertabs.net.

If not, it`s quite useful software to have in any case, it`s free and you should be able to link to a download from the above site.

HTH

Will
