finger melody

This is just an excercise I do sometimes but its also a pattern or melody so I thought I would record it. Maybe in a few weeks I'll have a better mic, so sorry if thats the reason my recordings are below par

You know, it's homegrown sounds like this that really engross me. Simple. Unpretentious. Relaxing. Sorta bluesy. I could listen to this all night long, sitting on the porch while it's raining.

Thanks, Tom for putting this up!

Les

Thanks les thats a confidence booster. Its bluesy cause its E7,A7, B7 chords with a partial scale to break it up, but yes I let my fingers walk around till something sounds ok

Sounds nice Tom. I was noodling around with those chords last night myself. I didn't have a particular destination, but it makes for some good blues sounds!

Very nice. That's what I love about my acoustic guitar - somedays it just takes me to a different place.

Thanks for the interest. I tabbed it out best I could the first part and the E7 are repeated first but its an excercise tune so I play it a bit different sometimes. Try playing what I tabbed and listen to the song to see how you would like to arrange it. It would be nice if I could show you. I would love to here your version
