Jim's Circle of Blues - #6 - Blues in F# (BT also from Allthumbs)

Here's the non-insane (or at least relatively so) next installment in the Circle of Blues. Actually, this is out of the chromatic order I've been going in, the next should have been D, but since Allthumbs was so kind as to make this F# backing track for me, I jumped ahead, and I'll get back to D next time. When they're all done, then they'll all be put in the Circle of Fifths order anyway, so it will all work out in the end.

Marty - I hope this will put the net back under me, so to speak!

The nutz one had it's moments Joe - if I could just distill those out! Well, hopefully in another year I'll be able to play a lot better at that speed.

Thanks Tom and Trev!! You're both very kind.

I'm working at it guys - practicing/playing every day. No, nowhere near Grand Master hilch! I see GM on Sept 29th - Clapton. I'm not fit to wipe down the strings on his strat (which is unnecessary anyway since he has the strings on the guitars he plays changed daily...)

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
