YouTube - Heck, a positive response!

Well I dared to put my Streets of London vid on YouTube. Surprised when I got a positive reply.

With what I've seen, a good number of guitarists on here get unjust comments. I'm sure mine will follow soon.

Don't think I'll post again though. Not quite certain if I agree with it all (and they're so many disclaimers when you sign up to post - it's scary), but I enjoy looking at some great vids.

Very nice. Good fingerpicking technique there too, Sleepy!

I think youtube can be pretty cool, but what drives me nuts is the profanity that is sprayed all over in the comments sections. Makes it so that if there's something my kids would enjoy, I have to read all the comments to make sure nobody has put up a bunch of f-bombs where my kids can see.

In regards to your vid- I think it was great! It is difficult to keep that fingerpicking rhythm and sing at the same time. Looking forward to seeing more up there from you.

Thanks guys. I struggle with my playing at times, so positive comments give me something to feed on. Make you right with the comments section in YouTube. I have to scan all the comments too before I let my kids loose on it.

I truly believe this will be my last post on YouTube..........but it was fun while it lasted

Sleepy.

Cheers. Maybe struggling was the wrong word, but I am finding these days that it's such an effort to get the results I want.

Still, that's guitar playing for ya!

Thanks,
Sleepy.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
