Wider Shade of Pail
Here's my homegrown arrangement of "Whiter Share of Pale" for acoustic guitar. I sang it as well, but it's really a bit out of my range.

The crowd called out for more... more Rockerbob doing more classic rock tunes! Some tough high notes in that tune, but you pulled it off .. Must have had a vice squeezing the you know whats!

Thanks guys!
The guitar's clarity is probably mostly the guitar. The Colling OM has great treble.

Great job RB, you certainly did that Colling's justice! Stirling effort to sing that too ...
(hope you recover soon and that no surgery is required. )

Thanks folks! Rest assured that no surgery or clamping devices were used to sing the high notes.

Darn - and I JUST put in my order for the #^#& clamps to help me get those high passages as well as you did them!! Well, I wasn't looking forward to using them anyway...
Great job Keith! The Collings sounded fantastic and your singing hit new heights (literally and figuratively). I've always loved that song, so thanks for bringing it back in such a spectactular manner.

Yet another one for my RB CD. Absolutely stunning. One of my favourite tunes.
Loved it.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
